Best of British Flower Festival at Wick St. Lawrence Church

In the setting of this lovely 15th century rural church we are running a Festival of British Flowers starting with a cascade of flowers over the church porch that people can sponsor and dedicate to loved ones. Inside the church on the theme ‘Best of British’ there will be 22 floral displays – everything from Dairy Farming to Beatrix Potter, also commemorating the 80th Anniversary of D-Day.
Entry is free with programmes available £2, refreshments available.
Thursday, 6th June: 7pm-9pm Preview evening with light buffet Tickets: £7.50Friday, 7th June: Exhibition open 10.30am-4.30pm. 2.30pm Floral Arrangement demonstration by Sacha (The Floral Potager)
Saturday, 8th June: Family Day with Exhibition open 10.30am-4.30pm. Craft activities for children, 10.30am-12.30pm Make a floral crown workshop for children £5 to include refreshments
Sunday, 9th June: Exhibition open 10.30am-4.30pm, 4.30pm Blessing of the Flower Cascade followed by church service
