Comfrey Workshop at Cherry Tree Flower Farm
July 7 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Bolton, Lancashire BL2 5PF United Kingdom

This workshop is ideal for anyone interested in plants and gardening, whether you have a few acres or a few pots on a window sill. No prior knowledge is required.
You will take a brief tour of the flower field and hear about the progress of this year’s blooms, then we’ll get straight into the comfrey patch.
We will chat about the different types of comfreys, the type we grow here and how we use it as well as lots of other ways the plant can be used. You will be invited to harvest your own leaves, under guidance, to create your own fertiliser to take home and you will also have a potted comfrey plant to take home for your own garden.
There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
At the end of the workshop, you will also be sent a PDF of comfrey course notes to remind you of everything that was discussed.
This workshop will take place outside so please come dressed appropriately in warm layers and sturdy footwear. No sandals or flip flops please.
Cost: £30 per person
