Join Maria of The Bath Greenhouse for this one day class designed for beginners and more experienced gardeners.
We grow a wide selection of flowers and foliage at The Bath Greenhouse and use our established cutting gardens to show you how you can design and develop a cut flower patch or small cut flower garden of your own to produce beautiful, seasonal, home-grown blooms.
You will learn about the best varieties of flowers and foliage to grow, the location and soil requirements of a good cut flower patch, how to grow plants from seed or cuttings, what to direct sow and what to cultivate under cover, and how to cut and condition flowers to prolong their vase life.
Whether you have a small growing space or a large garden, there will be something at The Bath Greenhouse that will be sure to inspire you.
Refreshments and lunch are included and everyone will leave with some useful seeds to help get their cut flower patch started.
The course will run from 10am – 4pm.
