Location: Green and Gorgeous Flowers

Arranging your own wedding flowers is the perfect way to bring a unique and personal touch to your special day. This intensive full day workshop is aimed at brides-to-be and family or friends who want to use wild and garden grown flowers to create naturally stylish arrangements with an ‘of the moment’ quality.

The course starts outside, walking the cutting beds and learning about how to choose the ingredients for your ‘palette’ to suit your day, character and location.

Working with a gorgeous selection of our fresh, seasonal flowers you will be shown how to create a loose, informal hand tied bouquet and buttonhole.

After a home cooked lunch the afternoon session will explore venue flowers with an array of different containers to experiment with. We will discuss how to choose the right shapes to compliment your flowers and the arrangement’s setting.

Throughout the day there will be tips on how to condition, store and transport your flowers as well as lots of practical advice on setting up your work space and timings to ensure everything gets done.

£150 per person, includes all materials, lunch and refreshments. Flowers and a bouquet to take home.
