Ash & Elm is a 5 acre market garden in rural Mid Wales, with 30 years experience growing and teaching horticulture. We use agroecological techniques that nurture nature, providing beautiful chemical free produce. The flower farm provides fresh cut flowers all year, whatever the season, topped up with a range of dried flowers during the winter months. We make our own dried petal confetti, to add to our wedding packages. Flowers for every event, sold direct or wholesale. Buckets, bouquets, arrangements, installations and farewell flowers sold locally or posted anywhere in the UK. Working from our off-grid site we work to reduce our carbon footprint, using regenerative farming methods and reducing single use plastic. We have open garden tours and courses through the summer months, come and enjoy our diverse site and soak up the scent of Welsh grown flowers. My husband Dave Ash and myself Emma Lou (Elm) grow vegetables, fruit, nuts, plants and nearly 2 acres of flowers.
