Hello my name is Sue. As a flower farmer/florist I grow seasonal British scented flowers from fields surrounding our home on a Duchy estate in the Somerset countryside. We like to keep things…… Simple Seasonal & Sustainable Creating meaningful environmentally friendly floral tributes, without the use of foam, is especially close to my heart. What was the inspiration to start a flower farm? The flower field was established with a vision to enhance the arable farm with a cutting garden providing local, seasonal, scented British flowers whilst enhancing & supporting wildlife & nature. Seeds were sown, flowers bloomed & the new cutting patch has been a real haven for bees, butterflies & wildlife. What do we offer? Beautiful gift bouquets, subscription flowers, floral tributes & event flowers . All flowers are cut fresh from the field to order Do we offer Wedding Flowers? Yes. We offer a service to make bridal & bridesmaids bouquets along with buttonholes & corsages & compliment this with buckets of beautiful blooms so you can decorate the chosen venue yourself. Do we offer sympathy flowers? Yes. Creating meaningful natural farewell flowers is of particular interest to us, offering this service with sensitivity & understanding to your needs at a difficult family time. Creative workshops are organised throughout the year to include seasonal wreath making, flower crowns & hand-tied bouquets, perfect fun for hen party gatherings. Workshops can be combined with delicious afternoon teas vintage style in idyllic surroundings. During the Autumn & Christmas we offer wreath making workshops using an abundance of natural foliage from the farm hedgerows & dried summer flowers from the cutting garden.
