Flower Grower of fresh seasonal bunches for home, special occasions, weddings, Florists, DIY and Floral designers in North Lincolnshire
Hello, my name is Sandra Bright and I live here in Wootton with my husband Stuart along with our cats and chickens.
Wootton is situated on the edge of The Wolds only five miles south of the Humber Bridge in #North #Lincolnshire.
Peacock Cottage is on a four acre plot where we have been growing fruit and vegetables and flowers since 2000.
My real passion is growing #flowers of all varieties especially the cottage garden favourites. I developed my first cutting garden in 2009 and have gradually expanded the growing areas to provide larger volumes of flowers.
My sister Caron helps out reguraly and is as obsessed as I am with all things flowery and is extremely green fingered so together we grow an abundance of wonderful flowers, shrubs, foliages, grasses, herbs and many beautiful unusual flower varieties you won’t see in the shops.
We supply #wedding flowers, #bouquets, #funerals etc. . If you are planning ahead and want a special theme of flowers and colours for your #wedding #bouquets and #buttonholes etc I can grow them for you so please contact me to discuss your ideas.
If you are very creative and would like to do it yourself (#DIY) I supply buckets of freshly cut flowers cut to order fresh from the garden.
I also dry many flowers and make up beautiful arrangements to order or sell them in bunches, they are very versatile and can be used to compliment out of season to bring colour into arrangements. They are lovely for attaching to birch hearts, wreathes and materials.
Dried flowers keep a long time, some prefer to use them for that reason.
I also enjoy making #wreathes any time of the year and run workshops
