This is my first year of growing and selling flowers, although I have had a keen interest and dream for a number of years and I am delighted with the response and support so far…. We are a family owned mixed/dairy farm, in South Leicestershire situated close to Broughton Astley, Lutterworth and the surrounding villages, with my husband Mark, we have promoted the chickens and ponies to bigger fields and diversified our small pony paddock, which is adjacent to an old Orchard into a cut flower patch, this is currently a seedling of an idea which is growing, we are busy planting shrubs, perennials flowers and annual seedlings, selling jam jars, garden posies and small birthday and event bouquets from the farm gate or via a local farm shop. We are also keen to share this space and hope to offer DIY buckets for people to arrange themselves / and ‘pick your own and arrange’ workshops for adults and children over the summer.
