About

I am Tracey Graham at The Mindful Seasonalist; a florist and small scale flower grower in North West England. I offer bespoke, seasonal flower styling presented in hand tied bouquets, or table arrangements for you, for your home, and for wellness. My ethos is to be both seasonal and as sustainable as I can make be, whilst mindfully learning more all the while. I believe that flowers and nature are therapeutic, calming, and also inspiring. I hold workshops that allow you to express yourself with seasonal flowers for the wild remedy of simply creating something beautiful with natural ingredients. My base is in Hoghton, Lancashire, with an additional base in Weardale from time to time. I am a Level 4 floristry graduate of Myerscough College, with an additional qualification in Social & Therapeutic Horticulture from Thrive. I am a former student of Joseph Massie, of Tallulah Rose Flower School, and of several other floral designers whose work I admire for its natural styling. As well as my own small business, I work alongside Samlesbury Hall on the development of their Therapeutic Heritage Garden. I freelance for other florists, too. You can follow me on Instagram and Facebook, or visit my website.
