We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to take responsibility for the smooth running of Flowers from the Farm and help the Board implement our agenda for change. The postholder will coordinate activities across the organisation, support the Board, and ensure that projects and initiatives are delivered on time and to a high standard.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes, balancing operational oversight with hands-on delivery, and providing reliable support to leadership.
Membership Liasion
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Membership Liaison with experience in Flower Farming to support and strengthen our growing community of members. The postholder will be the first point of contact for membership enquiries, manage renewals, and help to develop meaningful engagement opportunities that add value to being part of our organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting people, and helping to foster a sense of community.
Marketing Manager
We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Manager to lead on communications, campaigns, and storytelling. The successful candidate will play a key role in raising the profile of Flowers from the Farm and British-grown flowers, engaging our members, and reaching new audiences.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing with purpose — blending creativity with strategic thinking to build awareness, grow engagement, and celebrate the unique story of our sector.
