Flowers From The Farm wants to be an inclusive and diverse collective. We have an overwhelmingly white membership and are committing now to finding tangible changes we can make to diversify our membership and the flower growing community. We have set up an action group of members to identify immediate and long-term actions to address this. We will publish our objectives and progress on the FFTF website for full transparency and accountability.
