Field and Bloom was set up in 2016 by Jan Falkingham and is a cut flower and foliage growing business located on a farm near Howden about 12 miles south of York growing for florists and local markets. Jan is enthusiastic about locally grown British flowers and has steadily grown her business over the last 6 years concentrating on selling her flowers to florists for weddings and events. Supplying to florists as a small business is challenging and Field and Bloom benefits by collaborating with and buying in from other local growers. Field and Bloom also supplies flowers direct to the public. Seasonal gift bouquets are delivered locally and buckets of mixed flowers and foliage are available for DIY arrangements.
