Two acres of the smallholding is dedicated to Sylvia’s passion – flowers. Sixty beds of cut flowers are in the Old Goose Field. In addition, hundreds of plants and grasses in the separate 'Prairie style' Old Kitchen Garden are also available for cutting. Garden Farm is off-grid, follows organic principles, no pesticides and no-dig gardening provides a haven for nature. The smallholding is open to visitors every Sunday and Friday in the summer when home-made cream teas, coffee and cakes are served in the Tea Garden.
