Hello! I'm Andrea, of Hand Sown Flowers, a cut flower grower located in the beautiful village of Newton on Ouse, just outside of York, North Yorkshire. I grow a variety of British flowers, with particular focus on those that you cannot buy in the shops. All are grown using organic practices and freshly cut for you to enjoy. Floristry I am City & Guilds qualified and avoid the use of single use plastic and floral foam to create seasonal designs with a “garden gathered” natural feel. Flowers Fresh cut flowers can be ordered between May & October. I offer: • Seasonal bunches • Handtied gift bouquets • Jam jar posies • Subscription flowers Weddings flowers I sell buckets of flowers for brides wanting to arrange their own flowers. I also produce Bride and Bridesmaids bouquets, buttonholes and corsages, along with table arrangements. These can be ordered separately, or as a package.
