Hazel meadow is a small scale flower farm run by Hazel & Tom. We grow and cut seasonal blooms in our garden and on a small piece of land in south west wales. We grow using organic principles (no nasty chemicals here!) with nature and the ecosystem around us in mind. We sell mixed bunches, buckets and bouquets of fresh flowers from April-October and deliver locally on Friday afternoons.
