Hello, my name is Lindsay and I live in a beautiful village called Heath. I have been gardening for many years but started growing sustainable cut flowers about three years ago. Initially this was to grow fresh flowers for my own home but as a confessed seedaholic I was amazed at how many flowers I could grow on my plot. I always seemed to be waiting for a bed to finish flowering before I could get the next seedlings in, so I set up an honesty box and began selling my excess flowers in jam jars on the back of an old defender outside my local pub the Kings Arms, Friday - Sunday, which has proved to be very popular. After that, I began to supply mixed buckets of flowers to local florists and made bunches for family and friends.
