Stem + Stem is a flower studio rooted in British blooms, seasonality and sustainability. In Season we aim to work solely with British Flowers —many local, some from our own allotment—and create floral designs that change with the seasons. Our studio sits at the entrance of our restaurant on Bow Lane, where flowers and food meet under one roof. Founded by Dee Reid, who left a 15-year career in fashion to work more closely with nature, Stem + Stem is a space for wild floristry, British produce, and thoughtful, intimate events. Menus are created by Ed Boarland—a 3 Michelin star-trained chef and Dee’s partner—who shares the same seasonal ethos that shapes our flowers. We provide floristry services for Weddings and events alongside delivering premium bouquets for everyday occasions nationwide.
