About

Hello, I’m Fran, and at La-Di Dardy Flowers, I have been growing fragrant, seasonal flowers in my cutting garden, on The Dardy, for many years. Flowers are grown for bouquets, weddings, events, sympathy tributes, DIY buckets, wreaths, workshops and all sorts of other occasions. I also enjoy sharing my knowledge and passion for growing and arranging with local groups such as the WI, gardening clubs and flower arranging societies. If you’d like some flowers I’d love to hear from you. I am also able to provide local delivery, on request. I focus on growing seasonal, fragrant, blooms and ensure that they are freshly picked for every occasion, big and small. Flowers are grown on organic / regenerative principles, without any chemicals and using my own compost. I’m never able to make enough but I ensure that nothing goes to waste. Flowers are arranged in a style that celebrates their natural beauty. All of my methods are sustainable /reusable and I avoid using single use plastics and floral foam. Our cutting garden is situated on the Dardy, next to the Mon-Brec Canal, and looks out over the Usk River, Crickhowell and the surrounding Black Mountains.
